The given dimensions
of the thickness and wideness have several millimeters variation.

If one of your wanted
dimensions is at the moment unavailable, we will offer your wished wood
pieces in the next possible size.

The wood pieces which
are not in store could be sawed specially or further purchased through
our shop. The specially sawed wood pieces are impossible to exchange.

The payment should be
accomplished in advance or in cash at pickup. In special cases, the
payment is also possible through invoice.

The wares' property
belongs to me until the complete payment.
Terms of Returning
In case that you do not like the wares, you can certainly exchange it within 14
days - if they are not damaged - send back to me with sufficient postage.
The cost
of the wares (however exclude the postage) will be returned from me at once.
In the case that the wares are damaged,
the damage value would be subtrated from the returned money.
The
returning is impossible in case that the wood is specially sawed and/ or
it is not in our storage (marked red or green).
General hints
The
offered chunk of woods and squared wood are protected from fissures with
paraffin in the front. Some wood like veined wood or plum tree for example,
you can turn a little bit at first and after this you can dry it, because it can be a bit damp. Apart from that is valid: Wood is always working!
It's better to regard that the wood doesn΄t get to hot while razing,
otherwise there can arise fissures.
The wood price list is valid till the
coming out of a new one! (Condition May 2006)
